Dean Lambros Tops Tight TC America Practice 2 Session at Indianapolis

The second TC America powered by Skip Barber Racing School practice session at Indianapolis Motor Speedway was marked by intense competition and a late-session sprint to the top of the timesheets.

Antonio Costantino set the early pace aboard the No. 3 JMF Motorsports Toyota GR Corolla TC, leading the opening stages before Dean Lambros rose to the top in his No. 17 Skip Barber Racing School Acura Integra Type S. A red flag interrupted the action midway through the session, leaving just 11 minutes on the clock once the track went green again.

With limited time to post a flying lap, Costantino briefly reclaimed the lead with six minutes to go, but Lambros muscled back to the top with a best time of 1:37.702, edging Costantino by a razor-thin 0.016 seconds.

James Klimas put in a strong showing for Skip Barber Racing in third place with the No. 61 Toyota GR Corolla TC, while Jonathan Neudorf in the No. 4 JMF Motorsports Toyota GR Corolla TC and Connor Attrell in the No. 75 Ricca Autosport Hyundai Elantra N1 TC EVO completed the top five.

The tight gaps at the front promise an exciting qualifying session ahead as the TC America field prepares to battle for pole at the Brickyard early Friday morning.
