Neudorf Wraps Up the Season with Fifth Consecutive Victory in TC America Finale

The final TC America powered by Skip Barber Racing School race of the season brought drama even before the green flag waved, as PJ Groenke’s No. 76 Ricca Autosport Hyundai Elantra N1 TC EVO came to a halt on the formation lap following a slip up in the rainy conditions. The race began under full course yellow, consuming the first 10 minutes of the clock and setting up a 15-minute sprint to the finish on the very damp Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course.

When the field was released, Jonathan Neudorf led the way in the No. 4 JMF Motorsports Toyota GR Corolla TC, followed closely by teammate Antonio Costantino in the No. 3 sister car. Dean Lambros launched forward in the No. 17 Skip Barber Racing Acura Integra Type S, overtaking Costantino to move into second.

Behind them, James Klimas in the No. 61 Skip Barber Racing Toyota GR Corolla TC was on a charge, making his way past Jeff Ricca in the No. 78 Ricca Autosport Hyundai Elantra N1 TC EVO for fourth place, eager to rebound after mechanical trouble ended his Race 1 prematurely.

Midway through the race, Costantino began to fight back, challenging Lambros in a fierce door-to-door battle. The two traded places through multiple corners, with Costantino briefly dipping a wheel into the grass before recovering to continue the fight.

With one minute remaining, Costantino finally reclaimed second place from Lambros, who refused to surrender easily. The pair continued to trade positions back and forth through the closing corners, with thrilling intensity right to the checkered flag.

At the line, it was Neudorf who went unchallenged to secure his fifth consecutive victory, capping off a dominant late-season run. JMF Motorsports celebrated yet another 1-2 finish, with Costantino in second and Lambros completing the podium in third.

“It was super special,” said Neudorf. “I think back to VIR when I got my first win in the car, when we were still on the back foot. When I saw the rain, I just got happy again. I knew the Toyota with all-wheel drive would be very strong. I felt comfortable in the rain, so it felt great. I'm glad to end the season on a high. Toyota really delivered at the end of the year, and the team worked so hard, so I’m glad to get some good results. It kind of stopped raining as the race went on, but it was still slippery out there.”

With that, TC America closes out an exhilarating season. One defined by fierce competition, unpredictable weather, and standout performances from rising talents like Jonathan Neudorf and the JMF Motorsports crew.
