Ricca Autosport Heads to Sebring International Raceway

Ricca Autosport Heads to Sebring International Raceway

Ricca Autosport heads to Sebring International Raceway for the next rounds of the 2026 TC America Championship, building on a strong early-season performance while continuing to deepen its partnership with Hyundai through growing fan engagement and driver development initiatives.

The Sebring weekend marks another milestone moment for the Hyundai N community, following record-setting attendance from the Texas N Club at Circuit of the Americas. Momentum continues to build, with an even larger presence expected trackside in Florida.

Fast Facts:

  • Hyundai N Community Growth – After a record turnout from the Texas N Club at COTA, Ricca Autosport and Hyundai will welcome approximately 70 members of the Florida N Club at Sebring.

  • Global Program Ahead – Immediately following Sebring, driver CJ Sepúlveda and team owner Jeff Ricca will travel to Germany to compete in the 2026 Nürburgring 24 Hour endurance race, continuing the team’s international driver development efforts with Hyundai.

Hyundai Partnership on Display at Sebring

Sebring provides another high-visibility platform for Ricca Autosport’s ongoing collaboration with Hyundai, both on and off the track. The growing presence of Hyundai N Club members has become a defining element of the team’s race weekends, creating a direct connection between the competition program and the enthusiast community.

Jeff Ricca continues to balance competitive success in TC America with broader initiatives tied to driver development and manufacturer collaboration.

“As we head into Sebring, it’s exciting to see the continued growth not just within our race program, but within the Hyundai N community as a whole,” said Ricca. “Having that level of fan engagement at the track adds another dimension to what we’re building. At the same time, we’re focused on maintaining our performance on track and carrying that momentum forward into an important stretch of the season.”

Following the energy and turnout seen at COTA, the anticipated Florida N Club presence reinforces the strength of the brand’s grassroots support and its alignment with Ricca Autosport’s competitive efforts.

Looking Ahead to Nürburgring

The Sebring event also serves as a transition point for Ricca Autosport’s international efforts. Following the race weekend, CJ Sepúlveda and Jeff Ricca will head directly to Germany to compete in the 2026 Nürburgring 24 Hour, one of the most challenging endurance races in the world.

This effort underscores the continued collaboration with Hyundai in developing drivers on a global stage, providing opportunities that extend beyond domestic competition and into internationally recognized endurance racing platforms.

As the TC America Championship continues, Ricca Autosport remains focused on delivering consistent results while strengthening its role within Hyundai’s broader motorsports and enthusiast ecosystem. Sebring’s notoriously demanding and technical layout will provide another test of both driver skill and vehicle durability, an environment where the team has historically shown resilience.

Additional information, including session results and media assets, will be available following the event weekend.

Justin Gravett – #8 Hyundai Elantra N1 TC Evo

“Excited to be heading to Sebring with Hyundai and Ricca Autosport. The Florida weather can be all over the place, and with how bumpy this track is, it really keeps you working. I’ve got some experience here from the 2025 SCCA Super Tour in Spec Miata, but this is going to be a whole different game in the Hyundai Elantra N1 TC Evo but I’m ready for it!”

Eric Kunz – #33 Hyundai Elantra N1 TC Evo

“I’m extremely excited to be headed back to Sebring! It’s a track I did well at last year so I’m hoping to have the pace I need to get on the podium. With the very short turn around I have between COTA and Sebring it’s been very important to maximize sim time on my own and with my coach.”

Andre Castro – #77 Hyundai Elantra N1 TC Evo

”Sebring holds a unique significance for me as it’s where I drove a race car for the first time. I got behind the wheel of an old Skip Barber F2000 in February of 2015, which makes me feel pretty old!

We’re still second in the championship and very much in the fight, so I will continue to scrap for every point on behalf of Ricca Autosport and Hyundai in the manufacturers standings. It’ll be hot and humid, but I’m ready to get to it.”

PJ Groenke – #76 Hyundai Elantra N1 TC Evo

“I’m elated to be back on track for SRO TC America with Ricca Autosport & Hyundai Motor America in the Hyundai Elantra N1 TC Evo. Thank you to all my partners/sponsors for making this happen especially Vestacon, Tundra Technical Solutions, TalentNet, Welders Helper, Josef Gas, and Cabano’s Cheeseburgers. I wouldn’t be here without them and we’re ready to rock!”

CJ Sepúlveda – #78 Hyundai Elantra N1 TC Evo
“Sebring is like a second home track to me thanks to the large Hispanic presence in Florida, and it’s also the first track I ever drove in the US. This level of familiarity is just what I need to have a positive race weekend before heading out to Germany for the 24 hr.”

Shelby Mills – Fawn Group Motorsports by Ricca
#18 Hyundai Elantra N1 TC EVO

“Going to Sebring I am feeling good! I love the track and have a ton of experience there. I’m starting to get to grips with the car, and thanks to Hyundai for setting it up, I’ve got some great coaching from IMPC champion Harry Gottsacker moving forward. His experience and knowledge is invaluable and I look forward to taking the Fawn Group MS Elantra N higher up the grid!”
