Castro, Arthur Lead TC America Into Road America Championship Clash

At long last, TC America powered by Skip Barber Racing returns to action at Road America for Rounds 9 and 10 next weekend, marking the first event back following the SRO America summer break. With the championship battle heating up and just 10 points separating Andre Castro and Braydon Arthur at the top of the standings, the historic Wisconsin circuit sets the stage for a pivotal doubleheader weekend.

Known for its sweeping corners, long straights and dramatic elevation changes, Road America presents a unique challenge for teams and drivers alike. With plenty of opportunities for close racing and overtaking, competitors will be eager to return to the track after the pause and make an immediate statement as the championship enters its second half.

Acura

The Acura contingent returns to action at Road America looking to build on its performances from the opening half of the season. Dean Lambros and Logan Anderson will once again represent Skip Barber Racing behind the wheel of their Acura Integra Type-S DE5s, with both drivers aiming to make the most of the high-speed Wisconsin circuit. Notably, Lambros is eager to follow up on his runner-up finish in the last race at Road Atlanta.

BMW

DRS continues to represent BMW in TC America, with Robert Bellevue returning to the grid in the BMW M2 CS (G87). After the summer break, the team will be looking to hit the ground running and challenge for strong results at Road America.

Hyundai

Hyundai enters Road America with plenty at stake in the championship fight. Andre Castro currently leads the standings, but only by a margin of 10 points, setting up a closely contested battle as the season resumes. Ricca Autosport will also welcome two new entries to its Hyundai Elantra N1 TC EVO lineup, with Ricardo Cordero Muniz and Matan Rosenberg joining the grid for the Road America rounds.

Toyota 

JMF Motorsports returns with its trio of Toyota GR Corolla TCs, led by championship contender Braydon Arthur. Just 10 points separate Arthur from the top of the standings, making Road America an important opportunity for the Toyota driver to close the gap and potentially reclaim the championship lead.
