TC America Heads to Barber Motorsports Park for Penultimate Championship Showdown

TC America powered by Skip Barber Racing School arrives at Barber Motorsports Park for Rounds 11 and 12 as the penultimate event of the 2026 season. Following an eventful weekend at Road America that saw the championship momentum swing back in Braydon Arthur’s direction, the title fight remains tightly contested between the JMF Motorsports driver and Ricca Autosport’s Andre Castro with just two rounds remaining.

Nestled among the rolling hills of Birmingham, Alabama, Barber Motorsports Park is renowned for its picturesque surroundings, challenging elevation changes and flowing 2.38-mile, 17-turn layout. The facility combines rapid, sweeping corners with technical sections that leave little room for error, presenting a formidable and fast-paced challenge for the TC America field. With the championship entering its decisive stages, Barber is set to provide a demanding backdrop for the penultimate doubleheader of the season.

Acura 

The Acura contingent returns to action at Barber Motorsports Park with Dean Lambros and Logan Anderson looking to build on the momentum they had in the opening half of the campaign. As the season approaches its conclusion, the duo are looking to bring the Acura brand back on the podium.

BMW

DRS continues to represent BMW in TC America, with Robert Bellevue returning to the grid in the BMW M2 CS (G87) for the penultimate event of the season. The team will look to make the most of Barber's technical layout as the championship heads toward its final rounds.

Hyundai

Hyundai enters Alabama with plenty at stake in the championship fight. Andre Castro arrived at Road America leading the standings but now sits second following the Wisconsin rounds, leaving the Ricca Autosport driver with two more opportunities to close the gap before the season finale. Ricca Autosport will also welcome Cooper Travis to the lineup at Barber Motorsports Park, joining the Hyundai Elantra N1 TC EVO fold alongside Justin Gravett, Shelby Mills, Eric Kunz and Matan Rosenberg.

Toyota  

JMF Motorsports arrives at Barber Motorsports Park with the championship leader at the head of its three-car Toyota GR Corolla TC lineup. Braydon Arthur reclaimed the top spot in the standings at Road America after securing back-to-back victories, putting him in control heading into the penultimate event. The team will also welcome a new face to its lineup, with Aidan Shimbashi joining James Klimas and Arthur for the Alabama rounds as JMF Motorsports looks to maintain its momentum with the championship within reach.
